" After a disaster of a tile installation done by a different contractor, Marcos and Bruno here saved the day.
They're absolute professionals from the top down. They were prompt with communication, had a competitive rate, and did a stellar job with demolishing the existing tile, repairing the walls, then installing the new tile. They said it would take four days, and they were right. So I was able to accurately predict how long I'd be without a shower, which isn't always the case with construction projects.
My shower is something I can now be proud of, unlike what I had previously. I'd recommend them to anyone, and I'll most definitely consult them again in the future with any tile work I might need. "

" We used Marcos and Bruno for our kitchen floor tiling project. Ours was a more complicated situation as we were not doing a gut renovation of the kitchen, and had cabinets in place that we weren't planning to move. Many tiling specialists refused to take on the job without ripping out our counters. Marcos and Bruno agreed to take on the job and committed that the cabinets could remain in place, with tiling reaching all the way to the foot of the cabinets. We were thrilled at the prospect of not having to rip out our cabinets and countertops. Amber (project coordinator) was excellent and very communicative. Marcos (who did the tiling) is highly skilled with superior attention to detail. The entire project was completed on schedule (2-3 days) and without any mess left behind. Could not be more pleased. We will definitely use them again! "

" Great workmanship and reliable. I hired Marcos & Bruno Tile for the installation of our kitchen backslash after getting bids from several vendors. They were among the more reasonable ones, and while not the cheapest, I got the best vibe from them. We had some delays in our tile delivery due to production problems from the manufacturer and they were patient. The only thing we weren't too happy about was they had quoted us a price over the phone, and the day of the installation when they came, they were going to charge us 50% more. We were in a bind at that point, and negotiated down to a 25% increase from the original quote. While I would ordinarily knock a vendor down to a 3 or 4 for that, what transpired aftewards led me to give them a 5. After the installation, we were short a few tiles (our tiles were small). This was due to us incorrectly estimating how many tiles we needed and was no fault of theirs. They were kind enough to say "Don't worry... this happens. When you get the new tiles, we'll come back and fix it." We got the new tiles and they installed it on time without question, and didn't charge us for it. That was really generous of them and was greatly appreciated. Many would charge for an extra service visit, but I appreciated how gracious they were to offer to cover it, and in true testament to their great character, they upheld their word. The finishing of Marcos (their expert installer) was also impeccable. We've had other tile jobs done, and Marcos did an amazing job. I plan to hire them again if I need a tile installation and have been recommending them to others."

" Marcos is a superb, thorough and careful craftsman who wants to get everything just right. He did tiling of three bathrooms and always goes the extra mile-- to accommodate construction schedule, to be sure work is perfect, and even took it upon himself to change mechanisms in a toilet he was reinstalling after the job that he thought needed replacing. Immediately hired him to replace saddles in the house and regrout kitchen tile and he did a wonderful job of these also. Our tiling was complicated glass mosaic tiles with glitter grout, so I found the description of ceramic and porcelain tile in their advertising of some concern but now that I know his and his team I know that they'd never agree to something they couldn't do and that they seem to be able to do just about anything. He was always on time, courteous, asked questions when unsure about what I preferred instead of making assumptions, was funny and nice as he worked and an overall pleasure to have in the house. He finished on time (only delay was due to me getting more glitter grout), cleaned up thoroughly (in fact, every day I found Marcos and his team on their hands and knees cleaning the floor before they left each day.. "
